I wasn’t disappointed with the tarts which were heavily packed with fillings! My favorite has to be the lemon meringue tart which were refreshingly tarty sour. It is the perfect dessert to end off a heavy meal. I didn’t manage to get a taste of the chocolate tart, but reviews have told me that the dark chocolate ganache was satisfyingly good. The strawberry tart isn’t too bad, but it is definitely muted against the other two. With prices lower and quality on par with Carpenter & Cook, I see myself

With prices lower and quality on par with Carpenter & Cook, I see myself grabbing more of these lovely tarts at Sophie Bakery in future. Located in various central locations, it is much more convenient to grab some home.

There are much more flavors of tarts available, especially in fruity flavors. The peach tart will probably be next on my hit list!
