This is an old school dessert stall offers only 4 types of desserts: green bean, red bean, cheng tng and da mai (大麦). It is served in an old school looking bowl and placed in a traditional looking red round tray. It is like those desserts in those good old days for only 0.80 cents per bowl. My current favorite is 大麦, it is a little too sweet but i enjoyed it very much. The goodness is definitely beyond description. The other recommendation is cheng tng. The other recommendation is cheng tng. The sweetness is just right with a nice cooling effect. It is a bowl filled with goodness like longan, lotus seed, ginko nuts, barley etc. This is definitely a good choice to chill off particularly on a hot day.
I have been eating at this stall for more than 10 years and still coming back regularly to eat here.
Highly recommended.
