This is from my judgment but I feel the pork ribs used in this Bak Kut Teh stall are not the frozen ones as the meat is very tender and soft. The best part lies in the soup is not being oily. Having a bowl of bak kut teh on a chill and dreary day cheers me up as it warms my tummy, making everything feel better.
