I was introduced to this bah kwa by my good old friend before CNY last year. She brought me to their shop located at Changi last year, but realised that the shop close on Sunday! So I didnt manage to try their bah kwa until this year CNY!! My that good friend really surprised me, she bought a box for me and my mom to try this year for our CNY, and their bah kwa is really up to my expectation after knowing this brand a year ago! And you know how long my friend queue for the bah kwa? Its 3 hours!
This is really one of the best bah kwa other than Lim Chee Guan bah kwa I ever ate! The meat is so tender and juicy, and its frangrance is so tempting! I finished the whole box of bah kwa in 2 days time (before CNY), after giving 2 slices to my mom. Well, old ppl cannot eat too much bah kwa lah. Anyway, I was told that its best to consume within 3 days, beacause their bah kwa has no added preservative!!! Its so yummy and healtier! I think I wont be able to eat other brand bah kwa anymore.
