One of the best beef noodle.

One of the best beef noodle in Singapore found here. This stall is more than 40 years old and there is always a constant queue right in front of this stall. I prefer the dry version to the soup one. I really enjoy the groovy sauce with only the tender beef slices. Though i heard the stewed beef tendons are pretty good too but i am quite reluctant to try as i am not too interested in the internal parts. The salted vegetable served along with the beef noodle is a good enhancement to the taste and texture.

I am not impressed with their beef balls but the soup was one of the best that i have ever tried. It was pretty robust with a nice but not overpowering beefy taste.

Highly recommended.
