The most popular duck rice in this hawker centre. There is always a constant queue starting from 11 am and it gets crazily long during the weekends. The longest that i ever queued was 40 minutes. During their super peak period, there are 2 person in the stall chopping the ducks but the demand is still larger than the supply thus explained the intense waiting time.The duck meats are pretty good, well braised and tender, they chopped the duck into big pieces and i do enjoy slowly eating the meat o

During their super peak period, there are 2 person in the stall chopping the ducks but the demand is still larger than the supply thus explained the intense waiting time.The duck meats are pretty good, well braised and tender, they chopped the duck into big pieces and i do enjoy slowly eating the meat off the bone. Their sauce is a little groovy, and it went really well with the duck meat.
I always kept the left over duck meat and sauce in the fridge, and i will cook some noodle the next day, then throw into the sauce then add in the duck meats.
