My friend like Japanese food so we went to Ootoya Japanese restaurant for lunch. The place has a relaxed atmosphere upon entering. The place is decorated with simple furnishings like flowers in vase and low lightning. We decided to order the Breaded Pork set with eggs as the set comes with an appetizer and a soup. The scallop rice looks delicious on the menu so we ordered it too. The waitress who is a filipino is friendly and patient enough to wait for us to take our order. When the set arrived, the presentation was fantastic and the food looks tempting.As for taste, the breaded pork was not salty and healthy but i find the pork abit tough to the bite. They served cold water and it was top up by the waitress quite regularly. To finish our meal with something sweet, we have the green tea macha ice cream with red bean. It comes with syrup and the green tea was bitter sweet and refreshing, We will return again although the price is abit on the expensive side.
