The ork luak is fried to crispiness yet not using an excess of oil. Oysters and beaten eggs are coated with a batter of flour, compared to some stalls that use mostly flour in their cooking but little ingredients. The fragrant dish is then garnished with chinese parsley. Overall it's not too bad, worth a try if you haven't.
