This mee sua is supposedly handmade but I could not tell any difference because the soup was just too good that I did not really take note of the texture of the noodle. The noodles were not mushy and it went well with the soup, which is seafood based. There were not many oysters though, sadly. But this bowl of mee sua was quite filling!
