In the afternoons, this stall will start selling fresh pancakes or ban chang kueh. It is freshly made on the spot and you can choose between a variety of flavours from the traditional peanut, red bean, coconut to other interesting fillings like cheese and chocolate. It is freshly made on the spot and you can choose between a variety of flavours from the traditional peanut, red bean, coconut to other interesting fillings like cheese and chocolate. I ordered a peanut pancake (80 cents only!) and was treated to a piping hot pancake filled with generous portions of peanut filling. The outside of the pancake is really crispy while the inside retained it's soft fluffiness. This pairs really well with the stuffed peanut filling which really overflowed when I broke the pancake into two!
