The appearance of the Pandan Cake looked like just any other Pandan Cake you see in the Supermarket.
However, the looks can be deceiving. This Pandan Cake was very very soft and fluffy like a cotton. When I wanted to cut the cake, maybe my knife was not sharp, the whole Pandan Cake sinked in with my knife blade.
The taste of Pandan cake was very moist and airy, with the right sweetness. However, the aroma and taste of Pandan leaves or coconut was light.
Overall, this Prima Deli Pandan Cake has better cake texture than Bengawan Solo. But the Bengawan Solo ones has better Pandan aroma and taste.
