I had the Papaya Soup Pork Chop Noodles in Xin Wang. This dish has always been my favorite because I love the soup a lot. If I am not wrong it is simmered and boiled with big pork bones using some hidden recipe to achieve the tasty taste! I got addicted to the soup and will always finish off the whole bowl of soup.
