Spinach golden toufu is my 2nd favorite dish, with a thin layer of spinach puree covering the top of a golden silky toufu coated with velvety and savory sauces.
The balance of the duck meat were use to fry a noodle, it’s fragrant and noodle was well cooked but abit bland for my liking, I added lots of green chili with my noodle. Ending the meal with a sweet and refreshing Hashima with red dates.
