Yum! I wish there was a stall serving Taiwanese snow ice closer to where I live, as I'd eat it all time time Saw this stall at East Coast Park... it was a scorching hot day and I figured it would be similar to a snow cone. It was even better.I don't know how they make it, but the "snow" is so finely shaved that it melts in your mouth. There are many toppings to choose from (fruit, oreo cookies)... Saw this stall at East Coast Park... it was a scorching hot day and I figured it would be similar to a snow cone. It was even better.

I don't know how they make it, but the "snow" is so finely shaved that it melts in your mouth. There are many toppings to choose from (fruit, oreo cookies)... I opted for the fresh strawberries which cost a bit more, but was definitely worth it. It's probably quite low in fat, too ;)
