Timbre is well known for its Roasted Duck Pizza and it's really good. It's a thin crusted pizza with copious sprinkling of crackers, mozzarella cheese and duck slices, dressed in a nice soya sauce. The flavours combine very well and it's big enough to share amongst 3-4 people! Each Roasted duck pizza costs $20.
