Chinese New Year is coming. I was shopping with my mother and we decided to buy some cookies from fragrance. We bought their Pineapple Tarts from them. Pineapple tarts come in different shapes and forms, some with the pineapple paste wrapped inside the pastry while others is the paste is on top of the tarts. For fragrance's pineapple tart, their pastry is cut into flower shape, on the centre of the flower, they place a ball of pineapple paste on top. their pineapple paste is not too sweet, good

For fragrance's pineapple tart, their pastry is cut into flower shape, on the centre of the flower, they place a ball of pineapple paste on top. their pineapple paste is not too sweet, good for those who dun like too sweet stuff and this pastry is so delicious, very buttery and simply melts in your mouth. a good combination of tart and pastry!
