Plain vanilla has some of the best cupcakes available in singapore! Normally cupcake are very dry and one dimensional tasting with way too much overly sweet icing on top. However cupcakes here are always moist and tasty, and especially for the salted caramel cupcakes, the contrasting salty and sweet icing really complements the moist sponge! My favorite cupcake place!
