Crystal jade is known for their hongkong po lo bun.(:As how it is heard, it taste delicious;D I tried the BBQ pork po lo bun.Although I do not know what the bun is made of, I like the sweet taste of the top layer of the bun. It is also crispy^^ the bbq pork in it is rich in flavour too;DTo make it taste nicer, I have been recommended by my aunt to bake it again in the oven when we are going to have it.
