I try to avoid coming during lunch hour since it would be packed with people, so I came earlier at 11pm. There is a fresh batch of pastries out and everything smelt really nice. I got 10 of the pong pia biscuits and ate one on the spot. I was blown away at how nice the pong pia is. I got 10 of the pong pia biscuits and ate one on the spot. I was blown away at how nice the pong pia is. The exterior crust is so crispy and fragrant with the taste of the white sesame seeds and I chewed on them. The sweet filling inside is still slightly warm and very sticky and yummy. It costs 50cents each so it is certainly worth buying given their “lao zi hao”(old brand name) and delicious snacks.
