Pontian Wanton Noodles have been one of my all-time favourite meals to have. Whether its with additional fried wantons or just the noodles by itself, it is always a delight to have.I always have my noodles with black sauce and chilli sauce, small bits of fried pork lard can be found together with the sauce mixture.  Pontian Wanton Noodles have been one of my all-time favourite meals to have. Whether its with additional fried wantons or just the noodles by itself, it is always a delight to have.

I always have my noodles with black sauce and chilli sauce, small bits of fried pork lard can be found together with the sauce mixture. It is always a pleasant surprise to find the small pieces of fried pork lard towards the end of the meal.

Wantons are served both in soup and fried, both having a distinct pork lard taste which I enjoy tremendously!
