These customers are mostly the elderly residents living in the vicinity. Such simple goodness is served with a familiar homely taste. My regular order has always been the pork porridge or the century egg porridge. A portion of the porridge was scooped with the big pot of pre-cooked porridge then added in the fresh ingredients and cooked it well. It was then served piping hot. The ingredients in pork porridge are the usual lean meat and minced pork. An egg is added at an extra cost.
