I took away a portion of pork ribs prawns noodle from this stall. I opted to have the yellow noodle. It was nicely cooked to the right texture. The medium sized prawns tasted quite fresh. The pork ribs cooked to the right texture too. It was soft enough to be bite off the bone effortlessly. The noodle tasted good after mixed it with sauce mix. A handful of fried pork lards was added to enhance its taste and its flavor.
