Lunch times are made interesting visiting new places apart from the routine Hawker Centre which we were ferried too weekly by the company bus.Thanks to our kind colleague who will date us once in a while for lunch outing and just this afternoon, we had our lunch here in Jurong Logistics Hub.Although there were many stalls in the Food Court, our trip there was solely for its Prawn Noodle everytime without fail. Although there were many stalls in the Food Court, our trip there was solely for its Prawn Noodle everytime without fail. Newton Meng Kee Prawn Noodle is quite reputable and has a number of franchise in Singapore but their standards do varies.
Meng Kee offered a variety of Prawns Noodles for customers to choose from, e.g, pig tail, pork ribs, intestines but we choose to have the standard Bee Hoon Prawn soup for this trip. One will end upsipping on aromatic broth accompanied by shallot oil. The soup contains a strong and rich robust prawn taste not forgetting that slices of fishcakes and lean meat included. Prawn Noodle comes in both dry and soup version which I find are equally yummy! Die Die Must Try!
