I popped by Bake Inc to get breakfast for the next day. I was planning to get individual breads, but this purple wheat multigrain loaf caught my eye. The bread is purple in colour, and it has pumpkin seeds and other seeds on the curst. The bread boasts of health benefits with multigrain used in the baking, so I decided to buy this to try. The bread is quite fluffy and although the pumpkin seeds are only on the outer crust, the bread is still quite nutty and coarse from the wheat and grains used

I enjoyed having it with a generous spread of peanut butter. Each loaf cost $3.50 which is quite expensive. It would be better if it is sold at $3.
