Hill Top Japanese Restaurant (Closed)

i went there for lunch. We drove all the way from tuas to jurong bird park, LOL ... really a long way. but suprisingly there were many customers having lunch there even the location is far. climbed the tower after lunch, on top have a view of jurong shipyards... the view reduced my appetite, hahaservice is just so so maybe due to lack of manpower? feel the table is not very clean, can see oil mark... but for that price for that location, guess it is normal. food is normal
