i believe there are 2 outlets for kichi kichi, and i went to the outlet at city square mall. it was quite crowded during the peak period and probably why service wasn't fast. but it wasnt slow either, still ok. most times i was just focused on the conveyor belt.i know the belt is moving quite fast already but i think if it was even faster, it would be more fun. then there were many stuff to choose from, so it was quite cool. the staff is also very helpful. they do their best to answer all your q

i know the belt is moving quite fast already but i think if it was even faster, it would be more fun. then there were many stuff to choose from, so it was quite cool. the staff is also very helpful. they do their best to answer all your qns. sometimes one or 2 will be unsure, but they will still ask management for the answer before getting back to you.
for dessert, i would suggest the chocolate hotpot. its like chocolate fondue and its nice.
