I did not have the luxury of time to sit down at Tiong Bahru Bakery at Raffles City for tea, so i da bao their raisin bun or more likely raisin croissant. their raisin croissant is very large in size. there were really a lot of plump and juicy raisins in the croissant. the croissant was very crispy and fragrant. it goes really well with the raisin. i thought it made a very filling and delicious afternoon tea time snack.
