Bishamon is a restaurant that specializes in ramen. I bought the Original Miso Ramen ($13.90). The ramen is spingy, curly and a little harder than the ramen in Ajisen but this is not to say that it is harder to chew. The soup is a thick and savory pork and chicken broth with bean sprouts, corn, leeks, bamboo shoots and a piece of seaweed. As with every other ramen dish, there is also a sliced cha shu. I particularly liked the egg as the egg white was soft and spongy and the yolk was a little run

Ordered the salmon sashimi as a side. The colour of the sashimi is so much more vibrant than the ones at Sakae Sushi. Each slice is also considerably thick and the sashimi seems fresh enough.
