Greeted when entering the premises.
Not very attentive even though the number of staff outnumbered the number of customers that evening.
But when they come up to you, they are all hyper and friendly.
My food came in really late and they kept on apologizing. I don't know - maybe out of stock?

Weekends are forever packed with families - especially during peak hours.
Weekdays dinner time are okay.

The way that they arranged the food is very appetizing. The portions are big and filling. (Yay for this!)
The fish and chips had fresh tasting batter and was crispy. However, the fish itself did not have the top grade taste.
It's quite oily and I have had enough after eating one piece. However the dish with the herb rice is awesome!

I would rather visit this place when they are having certain offers such as the recent $3.99 fish & chips.
