Sheng MianWhat a steal! A big prawn was found among the Sheng Mian ingredients. With its middle portion de-shelled, it makes eating prawn more convenient. What one has to do is to cover the gravy and soak the dry crackling looking sheng mian to a softer texture unless you want to eat it raw! Fish slices looks fresh in its pure white color and each slice looks big!
