I read about this stall on the newspaper so i made my way there to try with great anticipation. I was there after lunch so there is no queue. I ordered a quarter of the roasted duck with roasted and char siew. I tried also their winter melon with pork ribs soup. I got to agree all their 3 types of roasted meats were very well done. If i got to choose, my favourite has to be the roasted meat. The crispiness of the top layer coupled with the tenderness of its meat at the right level of saltiness t
