Many tell me that I should always go to the East to have the best laksa. One of those stalls in the East is Roxy laksa at east coast. My friend who stays in the east claimed that this is one of the best and it is also suitable for me since I try to avoid eating"hum" and this stall does not add "hum" to their laksa. I ordered the $4 bowl which comes with prawns, fishcake slices, beansprouts as well as the laksa leaves which are very important, in my opinion, in lifting the taste of the laksa. The beehoon is cooked just right and the laksa gravy is very full flavoured with with the strong taste of coconut milk and the right amount of spicyness. The prawns are also fresh and tasty. I would recommend it to people who are nearby to try it.
