The salted egg crabs (fried) may look soaked with oil. But the fact is, this dish wasn’t actually as oily as it looked. The salted egg crab (fried) will always taste best when eaten hot. It simply melted in my mouth and the white crab flesh was tender and didn’t stick to its shell. It was great, but I guess I have tried close similar ones at competitors’ outlets too.
