A fan of salted egg yolk crab, I decided to try some from House of Seafood; it's hard to miss the huge signboard along the way. Its salted egg yolk gravy is dry (which I very much prefer), rather than the other type which is more watery and sweet. Crab was big compared to the usual you see at zi char stalls, and the meat was firm. Crab was also fresh as one could taste the natural sweetness.
