I bought my parents and sister to The Line for weekend buffet lunch. I find that the variety they offers justifies the price that you pay. They have simply too many choices to eat. I strongly recommend the roasted delights to all who intend to go. If you do not try it, you will definitely feel regretful. The whole family had at least 2 portions each. Their roasted pork is really good, the skin of the pork is very crispy, you can hear the crackling sound when you bite it. the meat is so tasty, you don’t even have to dip it into any sauce and it taste really good already. The roast duck is to die for, there was no bones at all so it was so easy to enjoy this dish. the skin was not fatty and oily too. my parents did say the dim sum was good. the choices of the dim sum do change from time to time so if you check out that counter often, you may actually try out various kinds of exquisite dim sum. it was a great experience for the family. i urge those who want to treat the family to bring them here!
