This has always been my usual order, $4.50 for the standard sausage and mash. There is a double mash version but can't rem how much is it. Deep fried sausage is definitely not for the health conscious. They will wrap the satay stick to aluminium foil just in case hungry people can't wait to eat despite it being super hot, fresh from the frying pool. The sausage has cheese in it and the my way of eating it will be to coat each bite-ful with the mash potato. Ample gravy is provided so not to worry

Most of the time, you will finish the sausage first then slowly feast on the mash potato and gravy. Flavor

wise i feel the mash potato is well prepared, not too dry and gluey. Sausage was surprisingly not too oily to the mouth too. May want to try the other items next time like calamari. Did see a panel selling different flavored sauces for a cost but did not bother with spending money just on sauces.
