My friend recommended for a buffet dinner at Joaquim which I have passed by so many times whenever I goes to the Suntec Convention Centre. However, this is the first time I dine there. I had trouble pronouncing the name "Joaquim" and seek help from my friend who told me that it's actually a Portuguese name.

I like the way this steamboat buffet was presented. As each individual have their own mini pot. It saves trouble for some who have restriction on eating meat like beef since there won't be much sharing of the soup.

Other than the uncooked food, there's also cooked food that we can take like pasta, chicken rice and much more. It's also not so smokey inside too so we are still able to go shopping after eating with no fear of smelling bad.

Great place for big gathering.
