Seafood Paradise at Changi Airport T2 has a choice of five set lunch options for solo travellers available up to 4pm daily at a cost of only $14.80++. I picked the Seafood Noodles Set which is served on a hot plate with a trio of appetizers ~ marinated jellyfish, salmon & cream cheese roll and smoked duck breast. The jellyfish was very addictive but pity the portion is so small it is just enough to tickle one's tastebuds. The salmon & cream cheese roll was fresh & smooth. The smoked duck breast was robustly flavoured & went very well with the zesty Thai green chilli dip that was served on the side.

The main course of braised seafood noodles was superb, with the chewy noodles absorbing fully the fresh flavours of the superior seafood stock. There were two big live prawns and a generous amount of fresh squid rings, fresh clams, chives and shredded cabbage in the noodles, which was served together with
