I can't express how much I love Jap food! This one is a cook-it-yourself, shabu shabu-style found at Ichiban Sushi. This dish is served with the hotpot and a candle below. The staff lits the candle up and the soup will start to boil. Shabu Shabu your beef in the hotpot, and take it up whenever you want. Rare or well done in soup? Excellent service too!Japanese food again never fails to lighten my spirits up.
