The sliced fish soup has quite a number of ingredient other than sliced fish. There was bitter gourd, tofu and tomato.

The soup tasted light and sweet, there was also tasted of fried dry fish. The sliced fish tasted fresh and seems to be marinated with baking soda, the meat texture was slippery smooth.
