Decided to have a quick dinner at Ajisen because our movie was about to start, however, the serving time was quite long. Luckily, that didn't make us late for the movie.Anyway, when the Crayfish Ramen was served, I was a bit unpleasantly surprised. The crayfish was so small. I've always had this dish in Compass Point and other branches but it looked like AMK Hub is a little different. Anyway, the taste was the same, so that's fine. It's still my favourite ramen from Ajisen though not my favourit

Anyway, the taste was the same, so that's fine. It's still my favourite ramen from Ajisen though not my favourite ramen joint throughout Singapore.
I loved the gyoza though. They're crispy on the outside, the skin did not tear as soon as you grab them with chopsticks, the meat and vegetable mix inside was juicy and not too salty!
