The poached bee hoon is served with prawns, cuttlefish, sliced pork, kangkong, beansprouts and cockles. This combination is then generously poured over with a rain of piping hot satay sauce. The thick and creamy gravy contains a vast amount of coarse grounded peanuts giving a robust lift to the overall. I'm certain the boss puts in a lot of effort into the cooking of satay sauce daily. Not lumpy nor too sweet, awesome! A must-try for anyone who loves their bee hoon with a peanut-based gravy.
