Fish & Co. at ION has become one of my more "frequent haunts" lately. I think I've probably been here more than 3 times this month!  I really like the risotto at Italian restaurants like Prego and usually go for the creamy mushroom one. The risotto at Fish & Co. was just average. While the dish looked really impressive, the cheese that they used seemed like your average pizza cheese so it wasn't that fantastic. I also thought that there was too much cheese such that it overpowered the rest of the flavours. In the end, it was too cheesy for me to finish so I ended up only eating about 3/4 of the whole plate.
