After coming upon a deal by Voucherwow, featuring Eggs benedict at just a price of $5.90, me and my friends decided to go and take the time off to enjoy ourselves in the midst of our exam period.Canopy Garden Dining is set in the heart of Bishan Park II. Canopy Garden Dining is set in the heart of Bishan Park II. Surrounded by lush greenery and plenty of fresh air. We opted for a table inside the air conditioned part of the restaurant. Inside, it was peaceful and serene, with a couple of others chilling with a drink and chatting with friends. It was a place with a great atmosphere for just relaxing.
After settling down, we ordered our Eggs Benedict. They had also wide selection of side kicks which you could add to your Eggs Benedict at a reasonable price. After chatting for awhile, our Eggs Benedict arrived!
These pictures were taken using an iphone application. It captured the runny eggs perfectly.The eggs were cooked at just the right timing as the yolks were runny and smooth.
The hollandaise sauce was tangy and buttery and added a twist to the muffin and eggs. The salad was crispy and delicious as well! We ordered a red date cake as dessert to finish it off with a tinge of sweetness.
All in all, we had a really great time there. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic evening and a day out with friends. And the eggs were superb!
