This malay stall at bedok interchange food centre always have a queue and the waiting time could be as long as 15 minutes! As I don't go bedok interchange often, I never had an opportunity to try this stall. Today, I was there around 7.30pm for dinner and decided to join in the queue! ;) I ordered Soto Ayam, which consist of ketupat (cubed rice), chicken, bean sprouts and a potato cake. One highlight that makes this soto ayam different from others lies in the soup! It is so tasty and the portion at only $2 was so generous, now I understand the long queues especially during the peak lunch and dinner hour!
