The soya drink is nice, but would be perfect if it were a little thicker. The bean curd is made that day, smooth and not too bland due to the sweet syrup that accompanies it. There is also another option for us to use the soya milk as a base for the bean curd, but we decided not to. There are 2 versions for the bean curd as well as the drink to choose from : warm vs cold.
