heard about the opening of this gourmet farmer's market and headed down to their preview last weekend. it was buzzing. packed. and many interesting vendors to see. there was gourmet coffee and tea. organic grocer, they even have a seafood market that's alike sydney fish market. very interesting to see such things in singapore. This stall La patio sold this dish as well as freshly made crepe. Long queue for the paella dish.
After 30 minutes of wait, I finally got my hands on the box of rice.
It was moist and yummy. There were mussels, prawns, squid and chicken in this dish. Very different from your seafood fried rice chinese style.
This is spanish style. I heard the grains used were all imported from spanish.
