Popped by Canteen 11 before one of my papers in NTU and had a quick lunch here. Decided to go with their Spicy Beef Set ($2.70) as I was still missing the same dish from the School of Biological Sciences canteen (The Quad). Verdict for this is that it is not as spicy nor fragrant as The Quad's rendition of the same dish, but it is very generous with the beef slices and cabbage. One problem eating at Canteen 11 is that there are so many annoying flies that I had to multi-task swatting them away and eating at the same time! If only the canteen operator can do something about them. Don't be fooled by the no-queues status of this stall, it is actually very popular. There is an "invisible" queue as people are sitting around or buying other things while they are still in the queue. Post
