The spicy ramen from Keisuke Tonkotsu King is one of the best in Singapore. It has a well-balanced of spiciness but not overwhelmed to spice up the taste of ramen. I believe the level of spiciness is adjusted to suit the taste of locals accordingly. The ramen came with the japanese char siew and a big pieces of dried seaweed. The texture of ramen was al dente. I added a fragrant egg for $2.00 though there are free flow of boiled eggs on every table for self-service.
