They said it was helpful whenever you are in heatiness, the elderly told me and I heard from nutritionist. I always order this dessert if I happened to saw it. The portion was sufficient, hot and the sweetness was just nice. I can taste it has Sago inside, the soup was savory. One bowl for $1.80, and I can save a lot of effort to cook. Haha. What I meant was, it was really worth to buy.
